Refund Policy

Once the payment is made or the invoice is generated, we don’t entertain any kind of refund request for any services like Web solutions, Web Applications, Email services, Internet Marketing, Cloud Hosting or any other service.
  1. If the payment is done by mistake while browsing through the website or because of some other reason, please contact us with your order number and details of the product or service through E-mail at support@shivcloud.in We will contact you and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  2. If customer doesn't have the need and he haven't utilized the services & cancel the order within "6"Hrs.We will refund 100% amounts within 24 working hrs.
  1. Services Use. During the Term, Google will provide the Services in accordance with the Agreement, including the SLAs, and Customer may use the Services, and integrate the Services into any Customer Application that has material value independent of the Services, in accordance with the Agreement.
  2. Admin Console. Customer will have access to the Admin Console, through which Customer may manage its use of the Services.
  3. Accounts. Customer must have an Account to use the Services and is responsible for the information it provides to create the Account, the security of its passwords for the Account, and for any use of its Account. Google has no obligation to provide multiple accounts to Customer.
Our Refunds Policy may change from time to time. We request you to review it frequently. Your continued use of any of our products & services will constitute as an acceptance to the Refunds Policy at that time.
